Plan:
- to get an image with 40x objective, cheap CCD camera
- test the filters with red laser
- play with the Stratagene filter set
  401271 Filter Set, 517nm/538nm (TET)
  401273 Filter Set, 535nm/555nm (HEX/JOE/VIC)
  401275 Filter Set, 545nm/568nm (Cy3)
  --> we can insert one or two filter(s) in the black box's hole

(8.00 am)
- could not get an image again
  possible bugs:
  - the illumination is too intense, which is worsen by the fat that the filter does not block the light properly
    --> add 568 nm filted from the MX4000 filter set

(10.20 am)
- a new sample was prepared  
  1/20 bead in H_2O

(11.19 am)
- finaly, I got an image again!!!

- Still got the optical artifact
- next:
  prepare TAMRA labeled tube

(12.31 pm)
- could not image TAMRA SEs tube
- will try after the Friday prayer

(2.50 pm)
- the TAMRA labeled tube was imaged with AFM
  --> the strands do not form a nice tube, most likely due to the SE3-TAMRA strand
- fortunately, the FAM labeled tube forms well
  --> image the tube on Monday

(4.00 pm)
- got curious with the nicer NIKON translation stage
- try to install, but need access to the machine shop
  --> will ask Zahid for access to Psaltis' machine shop
  --> will ask Andy/Kevin fro access to Hideo's

- take the stage apart
  --> found that the tube are not perfectly coaxial
