X design the objective black box stage for the 1X
-check the thickness of our coverslips

-find adapter for cheaper objective

  - the number in the electronic box is not calibrated


-try 100x oil immersion objective
-get the manual for the microscope -> make our own manual


-understand the image formation in the spFRET setup
  - it is a one lens microscope system
