Stratagene 401275 emission filters were removed from the holders and stored in the filter drawer

Notes:

Microscope check points:
(1) above the lower objective
(2) black box
(3) before the CCD camera

The two objectives were moved from below the CCD camera to above the black box
--> changing filters now is much easier

Plan:
-install cheap CCD
-get image with the cheap CCD
-clean the filters

Plan:
-compare filters

Result:
-Stratagene filters is more superior when it comes to blocking the incoming light
-However, the transmitted light is less with Stratagene filters

Current setup:
-use 1 Stratagene filter in our setup
